Shipping & Returns

ICCHA ships worldwide! 

All items are made specially for your order and will require 2-3 weeks before shipping. Orders shipping within Canada and the US will ship via Canada Post or UPS. 

Shipping within Canada is $15 and shipping to the US is $30. 

A signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

International orders cost $75 or more, depending on location. Contact us at info@icchajewelry.com for a quote on International shipping rates to your country. 

Please note that ICCHA includes the documents necessary to allow your purchase to arrive in your country, however international packages may be subject to government-imposed customs fees nonetheless. These duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid. 

ICCHA does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

ICCHA does not ship to P.O. boxes. 

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, delivery can take between 4-14 business days, depending on where the item(s) are being shipped.

For items shipped via UPS, consider using the UPS free "My Choice" app to track your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery partners do their best, but due to COVID-19, they cannot guarantee delivery times.

EXCHANGES/CREDITS/RETURNS

Exchanges, credits, and refunds are accepted until 14 days after the item is received. Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within 14 days and MUST include their original packaging, receipt of purchase, and a return form issued by our studio. 

Please contact info@icchajewelry.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return. We will then issue you a Return Form and shipping details.

*Discounted items are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. Custom pieces, Limited Edition pieces, One-of-a-Kind pieces, pieces marked as "SPECIAL ORDER," are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. 

Please note that only one promo code may be used per order and cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

For valid exchange/refund/credit, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) necessary for returning the item. ICCHA does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email info@icchajewelry.com immediately with a detailed description of the item and include a photograph.

IMPORTANT: In order to process an exchange, credit, or refund, the item must go through the process outlined above. ICCHA is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to the sender.
